Paint Splattered Sunny Days

Today was a beautiful day and my first day back to college properly. I made the mistake of wearing far too many layers when I left my house in the morning so when I got back I changed to this much lighter outfit, which though it was summery in feeling still looked a bit September-y, so I was pretty happy with that. I never thought to wear boots with this type of trousers before, I usually would have gone with sandals or even just Converse, but adding the boots gave it that transitional power that everyone needs at this time of year, when you don't want to dress too summery but its still a little bit too hot for the winter clothes. These pants are great too, so comfy and I think they are quite flattering and are light enough to wear in this weather without actually going bare legged, and I like a bit of paint splatter print. And then THIS cardigan... I love it. I really do. It's like having your favourite cuddly toy or soft blankie with you at all times. It is so incredibly soft and cosy and comfortable, granted it was a little warm for it today, but it went so well and I love it to pieces so I gave it a wear anyway! Also loving this nail varnish too much; BarryM Matte Black polish.
