Yesterday I went to my first blogging event - an LA College of Creative Arts makeup masterclass with Hila Karmand, organised by the lovely ladies of ITWBN. It was a great session, Hila is an amazing makeup artist and showed us how to do a runway look, and also how to do the same look for day to day wear. She was so lovely and really funny; she's worked with Prince, Naomi Campbell and Jourdann Dunn, not to mention she's met Beyonce! *faint*. She told us about her favourite products, hints and tips and how to work as a professional makeup artist as well as tips for ourselves. The class was really informative and the Q&A afterwards was great; we got a chance to take some pictures and someone even pulled out a selfie stick for a group shot! Overall it was a great day, and I can't wait to head to the next one and meet the rest of the ITWBN ladies! I'll post my outfit and details over the next few keeps so stay posted!
