Man, I love tulle. It had a huge (but short lived, I think) comeback this S/S, and this H&M top was high on my list! I've gotten more wear out of it layered over a T than on it's own, but I think it's amazing either way! I love the mint green colour too, and all the good ruching is going on. I wanted to pair it with super distressed jeans to kind of contrast the princess birthday party things going on, which is why I added the belt as well. These jeans are amaaaaaazing - cheap and cheerful from Primark, but I absolutely love the detail at the ankles. And who said double denim was a bad thing?! Cos I freakin love it.
