A fairly common Halloween makeup look but I like these patchwork ragdoll looks! They are pretty creepy, and soooooo easy to do. Some primary colour patches - draw a circle/ square with some bright eyeshadow, add some eyeliner "stitches" around the edges, draw on some Twiggy style lower lashes and a little rosebud mouth and that's it! And of course freckles, cos I love them - you can leave these out though! Any kind of peter pan collar dress or a little pinafore is ideal for this look!
