I picked this little set up in TkMaxx a while ago, when I went mad and bought everything in the mascara section. I always remember my older sister using this mascara, probably before I even really started wearing makeup, and probably stealing it then too! I was on the lookout for a good gel eyeliner, so when I saw this coming as a set I thought I'd give it a go. The mascara is great, I really love layering and layering it to get a really jet black, thick and long lash, The eyeliner actually comes out a little bit light, and you do have to go over it again - which can be the kiss of death if you've done a perfect flick, the second attempt can ruin it! It also has a bit of glitter in it which I'm not a massive fan of, though really it's barely noticeable. All in all it's pretty good and I use it on a day to day basis if I'm going for a more put together daytime look, as in the pictures. Add some matte eyeshadow and you're all set for daytime winged liner!
