I feel like opinions will be divided on this most taboo of subjects but I have to admit... I like it!
I was sent a lovely package of socks and tights from Jonathan Aston, and after seeing all the looks that hit the runway in the past weeks which featured some awesome socks/tights/sandals/shoes combos at the likes of Fendi, Francesco Scognamiglio and Katie Ann McGuigan, I was more than delighted to start styling and wearing them immediately! I thought with the socks I would do a more spotlight post, and with the tights I'll go all out and do a full outfit post - soon, I promise! But first, le socks.
The first pair you can see here are the Shadow Anklets, which I adore because of their little frills on the ankles. These honestly feel like such good quality - I can't imagine them to be a 'ladder IMMEDIATELY' kind of material! So they are lovely to wear, and I think this pairing looks great! Don't be afraid to show off your toes a little more this A/W!
Next up are the Halo Anklet, and I really love these with these shoes - imagine it paired with a pale pink midi skirt and a long sleeve black turtleneck... dreamy! Again these are suuuuuch good quality and feel so nice on the skin!
